To all of my amazing past, present, and future clients, You guys have been amazing in my journey as a business owner. Many being a listening ear on ideas and cheering me on through huge parts of my life. I know I’ve even talked to a few of you about some changes I wanted to make😌 So! I’ve decided to redo the way I’ve been running my business. It’s been heavy on my heart and mind for quite some time and now it’s just time to do the thing!! So to start- Sometimes one of both of us has had to cancel, reschedule, or not show up. It happens. It’s life. But this is my business and this is the agreement I make with you because I am also human who makes mistakes. (Part of this has always been my policy but I continuously let it slide. As much as it truly pains me I WILL be enforcing this). Effective July 20th, 2025, cancellations made within 24hours of a scheduled service will have a 50% service fee. No shows will be 100% of the service fees. Either MUST be paid before your next appointment. If need be, cards can be kept on file. Likewise, if I have to reschedule you within 24hrs notice I owe you 50% of your service amount, and if I no show you will have 100% of your scheduled service amount covered. Unfortunately, it’s happened. But I feel this is fair on both parts. There will be changes to how appointments will be scheduled. I have changed my pricing from a broken down list to a tier menu to simplify things. You MUST make sure you’re selecting the proper tier in order to receive the service you would like. Effective IMMEDIATELY ✨NEW CLIENTS✨ must make a 50% deposit in order to book. This fee will go towards your service and is refundable as long as you cancel outside the 24 hour cancellation period. This is very important because it also leads to my next move. Normally, when you schedule an appointment and it goes even slightly over the hour, it will block the rest of the hour out. I’m hoping the Teir system will help with pricing confusion and delayed appointments! You will also need to pick your length. Length does affect time on set. Prices are adjust according to length. Please note that there is a shape change up charge. Charts for both the tier system and length pricing with be up shortly(making them all fancy for ya😘🤣) Now, this may not be popular with someone of you but I really have to finally stand on this. I WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING FILLS ON SETS THAT ARE OLDER THAN 3 WEEKS. It’s VERY important for especially the health of your nails that we are consistently coming every 2-3 weeks. You risk so much injury or infection to your nails, not to mention I go full blown anxiety attack when I find a greenie 😩😂 it’s a full removal when you pass 3 weeks and we start over. Another important change is shape changes/rebalance. These are very time consuming and if you’re wishing to change shape OR plan on shortening your nails beyond what they’ve grown out, you MUST add rebalance/reshape to your appointment request. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within 24 hours. No shows are subject to 100% of the service charge. Charges must be paid before your next appointment.
